SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TIMES

Excepting national holidays, all orders will be shipped on weekdays. In the instance that an ordered item is out of stock, Mancha & Lola will convey any delay or shortage of stock within a day of the order being placed. If you have ordered a modified/custom garment from Mancha & Lola, you will be notified via email of the projected time it will take to be made and sent. Please remember to specify at the time of placing your order if you need your shipment by a certain date/special occasion.

LOST SHIPMENTS

Should your package get lost in shipment, Mancha & Lola will do all we can to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Furthermore, Mancha & Lola can not be held accountable for a missing package if proof of delivery has already been issued and we will require a signature (to be obtained by carrier) for all deliveries exceeding $200.00, unless this specification is waived by the recipient. Feel free to add any special requests at checkout regarding drop offs and deliveries. Be sure to always choose an address of delivery that you trust and have access to!

Due to the nature of customized doggy dressing, some orders may take a little extra time and care to create in our studio. Please inform us upon purchase of any special time constraints and we will try to meet your needs with sensitivity and promptness.
